The OVO Hydro enforces a strict bag policy allowing only small bags no larger than 30x30cm. Larger bags, backpacks, and professional cameras are prohibited. The venue is all-ages; however, attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Security checks are routine, and no re-entry is allowed once you exit the venue. Smoking is prohibited inside the arena.
