Rogers Arena welcomes guests with accessible parking, wheelchair-accessible entrances at all gates except Gate 3, and convenient drop-off at Gate 16 (Abbott Street). Bags must not exceed 14" x 14" x 6" and will be confiscated if oversized. Wheelchairs can be stored at Guest Service Centres located at Sections 114 or 310. For guests with non-visible disabilities, special assistance identification cards are available. Drinking fountains are located in Sections 102, 110, 113, and 306.
