The park operates Wednesday to Sunday 12noon–6pm in March, April, May, and September, with extended 7-day hours 11am–6pm during June, July, and August. Free parking is available on-site. The house itself is private and not accessible to visitors. Train rides operate daily during opening hours at regular intervals. Buffers Restaurant is open every day the park is open with last admittance and last orders at 5:30pm. Picnic areas with benches are available throughout the grounds.
