Utilita Arena Birmingham enforces a strict bag policy: bags must be no larger than A4 (21cm x 30cm x 19cm), contain no more than two compartments, and rucksacks are prohibited. Attendees under 14 must be accompanied by an adult for seated areas and are not permitted on standing floors unless aged 14–15 and accompanied by an adult 18+. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
