The tour begins near the historic Crawford Hill Mansion and winds its way through Poet's Row Apartments (once the grounds of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show), past the castle-like mansion, and other spooky spots like the Mad Doctor's Mansion and the Silver Crash Mansion. The experience culminates with visits to Charlie Brown's Bar and Bar Nun, and a French Quarter-esque stop, ending near the Governor's Mansion, considered one of Denver's most haunted dwellings. At each of the two bar stops, one complimentary drink is provided from a special menu featuring wells, select wines, and drafts.
Each reservation group receives an EMF reader to aid in their ghost hunting endeavors. The tour ensures an intimate experience by limiting group sizes to allow for better customer service.
