Review Summary
Customers generally say this is an excellent value experience with outstanding customer service and knowledgeable, professional guides—particularly praising guides like Vanessa and Diana for their enthusiasm, expertise about Houston's history and architecture, and willingness to go above and beyond (such as beating entrance lines and providing photo stops). Common positives include the cost savings compared to taxis, comfortable air-conditioned transportation, informative tunnel tour with fascinating historical insights, and efficient logistics that maximize time at NASA. Occasional negative feedback mentions the tunnel tour being longer than expected by some travelers, the meeting point not always being clearly marked, and recommendations for more city commentary during the drive to NASA, though these represent minor concerns compared to the overwhelmingly positive reviews highlighting this as a 'must-do' and 'best tour experience' for Houston visitors.
