This experience, located in the heart of Hvar island, offers a hands-on way to learn how islanders lived off the land and sea. Guests learn how to make bread, press grapes for wine, mend fishing nets, and salt fish.
Visitors get to taste local olive oil with fresh bread, mix sardines with garden-fresh vegetables, and try a farmer's and fisherman's lunch. A traditional paprenjok cookie is also on the menu. It’s more than just a tour; it's a chance to live like islanders did.
