Review Summary
People usually say that hot-air balloon rides over Segovia offer breathtaking, unmatched sunrise views of the World Heritage City and its iconic monuments like the ancient aqueduct and Alcázar, with travelers consistently praising the knowledgeable and friendly pilots who provide engaging commentary in multiple languages. Positive highlights include the serene and peaceful experience, the professional balloon preparation and landing process, the quality of HD videos and photos provided, and the authentic Spanish brunch with cava celebration afterward. Common minor concerns mention that most staff may not speak English at all locations (so language barriers can occur), the experience takes longer than expected due to setup and post-flight activities, and the standing-only basket format isn't ideal for those with back issues or mobility limitations—though weather-related cancellations and rescheduling are handled fairly.
