Review Summary
Customers generally say the tour delivers an exceptional winter experience with outstanding guides and stunning natural scenery, particularly praising the unique combination of ice skating on Lake Louise and exploring Johnston Canyon's frozen waterfalls.[1][2][3] The small group sizes and personalized attention from knowledgeable local guides like Janet and Taylor are consistently highlighted as tour highlights, with travelers appreciating the balance of activities and the effort to avoid crowds.[1][2][3] The only common consideration is that the tour requires moderate physical fitness due to snowshoeing, hiking, and ice skating activities, making it less suitable for travelers with mobility limitations.
