A modern, well-equipped 150m2 training center in Brussels where participants engage in hands-on chocolate making. The air-conditioned space can accommodate up to 60 individuals and features facilities like water dispensers and disabled toilets.
Artisan Chocolate Store
The chocolate store showcases the handcrafted creations of the chocolate makers, offering a variety of premium chocolates made from traceable, ethically sourced cacao. Visitors can explore the creativity and expertise of the artisans.
Bean to Bar Machinery Area
Witness the chocolate-making process from start to finish with a guided tour of the bean to bar machinery. The chocolate maker provides detailed explanations of each step, offering a comprehensive understanding of chocolate production.
Know Before You Go
This chocolate making class includes all the materials and ingredients needed to handcraft your own chocolates, including premium quality chocolate produced from Haiti. If you select the VIP upgrade, you will also receive an embroidered apron with the company logo, a glass of champagne and access to visit the laboratory. The class excludes an apron unless the VIP upgrade is chosen. You get to take home everything you make during the workshop in a box. The meeting point is at the training center in Brussels.
Hot Tip
The workshop provides hairnets, but you may want to dress warmly since the training center is air-conditioned. Also, keep in mind that there are multiple sessions a day, so plan accordingly.
