Please bring your own waterproof jacket and trousers, warm layers, hat, gloves, comfortable waterproof walking boots with ankle support, socks, baselayers (not cotton), comfortable walking trousers (not jeans), a head torch, a small personal first aid kit, a flask and/or drinks bottle (1L should be enough), a rucksack (larger than 30L) with a waterproof liner and an orange emergency survival bag. Lunch, snacks, and bottled water are not provided.
