Travelers consistently praise the guides (particularly Leo and Levi) for their professionalism, extensive historical knowledge, and personable approach, with many mentioning the tour's unique ability to access locations unreachable by bus and the excellent photo opportunities provided.[1][2][4] The comfortable amenities like warm blankets, beverages, and onboard photography are frequently highlighted as valuable inclusions. While overwhelmingly positive with 91% recommendation rates, the main consideration for potential travelers is accessibility, as some tours are not wheelchair accessible despite being suitable for less mobile guests who can manage a few steps into the rickshaw.
