Review Summary
Customers find this museum an exceptional and highly worthwhile destination for car enthusiasts and families seeking educational entertainment. The most frequently praised aspects include the world-class collection of British heritage cars (Jaguar, MG, Aston Martin, McLaren), immaculate presentation with engaging descriptions, knowledgeable and friendly staff, spacious and well-organized layout, excellent value for money, and quality café facilities. Visitors consistently report spending 3-4 hours or more exploring the exhibits and note the new 'Beep-Beep Yeah' interactive display and John Lennon's Phantom V as standout attractions. The primary criticism is that interactive elements for young children are limited, with only a few vehicles children can sit in and staff discouraging vigorous interaction with displays, making it better suited for car enthusiasts than families with very young children seeking highly interactive experiences.
