The Basement Yard brings its live podcast comedy energy to The Chicago Theatre, pairing sharp banter, crowd work, and the chemistry fans know from the show with a major downtown Chicago stage. The live format turns the podcast’s fast-moving, uncensored style into a shared night out that blends stand-up rhythm with spontaneous conversation.
The Basement Yard is the comedy podcast created by Joe Santagato and co-hosted by Frank Alvarez, and the live tour has been presented as a full-stage experience rather than a musical or traditional theatrical production.
