Guests should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled trip time. After checking in, they'll meet their guides, get their gear, and learn about rafting and river safety. Then, a short shuttle ride takes them to the launch point by the creek.
After rafting, they're taken back to the outpost. There, they can buy souvenirs or ask their guide for tips on other things to do and places to eat. This experience includes all fees and taxes, plus the use of a helmet, life jacket, paddle, wetsuit, and splash jacket.
