Colonial Flintlock Musket Experience: Step back in time and learn about colonial history in a hands-on way! This unique experience, located in rural New Hampshire, lets folks handle and shoot a real flintlock musket, just like the militia did back in 1775.
During this 2-hour experience, you'll get your own musket and cartridge box. The instructor will teach you how to load and fire the musket safely at a rustic shooting range. You'll shoot at life-sized targets from 25 yards away. In between shots, you'll discover the history of the musket and who used it. To make it more fun, the last two rounds will let you race against the clock to see who can load and fire the fastest. All supplies and safety gear are provided, and non-shooting spectators are welcome.
