Dublin Jewellery: Create a Personalised Charm in Silver. This hands-on experience lets anyone become a jewelry maker for a day in Dublin! Forget buying souvenirs, and instead create a lasting memento. This is a small group activity where one can learn the basics of metal smithing and craft a personalized sterling silver charm.
Guided by expert and fun teachers, participants will learn to stamp out a shape from sterling silver and create different shapes including, circular, diamond, square, heart, star, flower, pear, rectangle and even shamrock!. Participants can then file it, apply emery paper, add textures, and include an initial if desired. The instructor will drill a hole, allowing for the addition of a bail. Participants can choose between a sparkly or matte finish. Chains can be purchased in-store at a discounted rate for class attendees.
At the end, participants will have a charm handmade by them! A unique keepsake from their time in Dublin.
