Mangroves and Manatees - Guided Kayak Eco Tour invites everyone, especially those new to kayaking, to explore the beautiful mangrove ecosystem. This unique adventure, rated #1, takes place in the clear, shallow waters of the Upper Keys.
Guests can choose a single or double kayak and glide over sponges, grass beds, and sandy spots. Keep an eye out for nurse sharks, turtles, stingrays, dolphins, and manatees swimming below! Above the water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys can be seen hunting for fish in the mangroves. While wildlife sightings aren't guaranteed, there is always something amazing to see in this special estuary. The tour conveniently starts right outside the shop's back door.
The experience begins 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time, allowing guests to shop for any last-minute items and prepare for the adventure. The guide will greet everyone, complete necessary paperwork, and provide a life jacket fitting. Changing rooms and showers are available for use after the tour. This tour showcases some of the best paddling waters in the Upper Keys area.

This guided kayak eco tour includes a local guide, land-based instruction, safety gear, and your choice of a single or double kayak. On-water coaching is also provided. Gratuities are not included. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time for preparation.
