Here, people taste Irish cheese, meats, and bread with wine and learn about Galway's wine history. The last stop is one of Galway's oldest pubs near Eyre Square. People will hear about the pub's history and try local beers or Irish whiskey. The tour takes about 2 hours and has no more than 12 people. It visits places like Eyre Square, a modern bar, a family-run business near a church, and an old pub. People will see sights like the Tower House Doorway, Lynch's Castle, and St. Nicholas' Collegiate Church. This tour includes alcoholic drinks and tasting plates.

They can use fresh fruits and herbs from the garden when available. The experience includes making fruit scones (like lavender, raisin, and berry scones when in season) and brown bread. The host believes in hands-on learning, from handling ingredients to kneading dough. Participants will get tips from years of baking experience and see the joy of creating fresh scones and bread. All ingredients and utensils are provided, along with a printed recipe and pen for notes. It's a fun and engaging way to learn Irish baking in a welcoming setting. To find the house from Galway city, drive towards Kilcolgan village, take the first left after O'Donoghues Bar, at the T junction take a left, then the first right after the bridge. It's the last house with a purple door.
