The cooking lesson takes place in the family's home, where participants learn to prepare traditional dishes like Banh Xeo (crispy rice flour crepes), grilled pork skewers, green papaya salad, and a local fish recipe. A vegetarian menu is available upon request.
After the cooking lesson, everyone enjoys the prepared meal in Grandma's garden, accompanied by pumpkin soup and “Xí Mà“ (black sesame pudding). The experience concludes with a relaxing boat trip back to Hoi An.
