Review Summary
Customers generally say this tour delivers an entertaining and memorable Nashville experience that combines genuine local history with engaging storytelling. The most frequently praised aspects include knowledgeable and charismatic tour guides (particularly mentioned guides like Matt, Drew, Micah, and John), interesting true crime and ghost stories, and well-chosen bar locations with character[1][2][3][4]. Customers highlight the perfect tour length of around 2 hours and appreciate the opportunity to explore lesser-known parts of Nashville[1][3]. On the negative side, some guests note that drinks are expensive (over $100 for four drinks at certain bars), and a few felt the experience lacked a truly "spooky" atmosphere or that some bar choices didn't fit the haunted theme[4][6]. Overall, the tour maintains strong ratings (4.7 out of 5 stars based on 285 reviews) with most customers recommending it as a unique alternative to typical Broadway-focused Nashville entertainment[1][4].
