Review Summary
Customers find this helicopter tour to be an unforgettable and thrilling way to see New York City's iconic landmarks from a unique aerial perspective that ground tours cannot match[1][5]. Travelers consistently praise the breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Times Square, and other major attractions, along with the informative live commentary provided by pilots[5]. The tour is noted for its convenient hotel pickup and drop-off service and climate-controlled, floor-to-ceiling window cabin that maximizes sightseeing[7]. However, some travelers report concerns about weather-related cancellations and occasional tour modifications due to airspace restrictions during special events like the UN General Assembly[1]. A few reviews mention that the heliport fee of $40 per person (due at check-in) should be clearly communicated upfront to avoid surprise charges at arrival[5].
