Review Summary
People usually say that the Niagara Falls tours from Toronto offer excellent value and convenience with knowledgeable, entertaining guides who make the journey engaging rather than monotonous[1][2]. Travelers frequently praise the well-organized logistics, comfortable air-conditioned coaches, and strategic timing that returns them to Toronto before heavy evening traffic[1]. Common positives include the flexibility of free time at the falls, the charming Niagara-on-the-Lake stop, and optional boat cruise experiences that provide close-up views of Horseshoe Falls[1][3][4]. However, some travelers note that boat cruises are seasonal (May–November only) and require additional fees, and that lunch is typically not included in base packages, requiring visitors to budget separately for meals[3][5][6].
