What's not included: alcoholic drinks, pickup outside of the free transfer zone (private transfers are available at an extra cost), round-trip transfer to the pool on the first day (extra cost), Phi Phi National Marine Park fees (600 THB per person, cash only), and optional underwater photos/videos.
