The tour gives you bags for shells and a cooler with ice. You need to bring your own food and drinks (but no red wine!). The boat leaves from 220 Goodland Dr, across from Stan's Idle Hour. There are tours at 8:00 am, 10:45 am, 1:30 pm, and 4:00 pm.
