The night starts with a cold drink and a chance to take pictures as the sun goes down over the ocean. Eat a lot at the dinner buffet! It has real Hawaiian food like kalua pork. The pork is cooked in a special underground oven called an imu. There is even a kids' buffet with chicken nuggets and hot dogs for the little ones! After dinner, the show begins! Watch drummers, Hawaiian, Tahitian, Samoan, and Maori dancers. See exciting fire-knife dances! The show tells stories and legends of the islands with music and dance.
