Customers find this experience highly rewarding for understanding Delft Blue's 400-year heritage and witnessing live production. Visitors consistently praise the well-organized museum displays, knowledgeable staff, and the opportunity to watch ceramic artists hand-paint pieces in real-time. The included audio tour in multiple languages is noted as informative and well-presented. Common highlights include the factory floor observation and the museum's comprehensive collection showing how Delftware evolved from Chinese porcelain inspiration.
