Customers find this tour highly engaging and entertaining, with the primary strength being knowledgeable, charismatic guides who excel at storytelling and adapting experiences to their audience. Positive feedback emphasizes the blend of paranormal history and true crime, the guides' humor and passion, and the informative historical content about San Antonio. Minor criticisms note that some guests expected more paranormal/creepy elements rather than primarily historical storytelling, and audio clarity can be challenging in outdoor urban settings without proper amplification.
