Review Summary
People usually say that captains on Lake Travis tours like Float On deliver exceptional service with engaging historical commentary and create memorable experiences, with guests frequently praising specific captains by name (Captain Jason, Captain Jared, Captain Chris) for their friendliness and knowledge.[1][2][3] The most common positive feedback highlights beautiful scenery, comfortable boats, and accommodating crews who go above and beyond to customize experiences.[4][5][6] However, travelers occasionally note concerns about tour duration accuracy and the lack of onboard bathrooms, and past incidents suggest consistency in hiring practices and staff training remain areas for improvement.[5]
