Review Summary
Customers generally say that hands-on cocktail classes in New Orleans are highlights of their trips, with instructors receiving high praise for being knowledgeable, entertaining, and personable. Reviewers particularly appreciate learning both cocktail-making fundamentals and New Orleans history, with many noting they've since improved their home mixing skills. Common positive mentions include intimate class sizes, quality instruction on proper technique (shaking, stirring, muddling), and the relaxed, fun atmosphere. A few reviewers note that the drinks served are full-strength and generously poured, so planning transportation ahead is wise. The main consideration for some is whether classes are hands-on (actively making drinks) versus demonstration-style, so verifying this detail before booking is recommended.
