City Bus Tour in Trondheim, Norway lets visitors explore the city's highlights in just two hours. This comfortable coach tour starts near the cruise terminal at Pirbadet and takes people to see many cool places. The tour goes to Solsiden, a fun area by the river Nid, with colorful old buildings. It also drives through the city center, past the fancy Hotel Britannia and Stiftsgården, which is where the royal family stays. The bus then goes up to Sverresli viewpoint. From up there, you can see all of Trondheim and take nice photos of the skyline. The tour also stops at Kristiansten Fortress, built to protect Trondheim after a big fire in 1681. The last stop is Nidaros Cathedral (Nidarosdomen), a big, beautiful church built in the 11th century. It's one of the most impressive churches in Scandinavia and is known as the best-kept Gothic building in Northern Europe. A local guide provides information. Please note the entrance to Nidaros Cathedral is not included.
