Review Summary
Customers find this tour exceptional and among the best guided experiences they've ever taken, with an average rating of 5 stars. Visitors consistently praise Eric's deep knowledge, passion for Arlington's history, and ability to blend historical facts with personal stories in a respectful and engaging manner. The personalized, unhurried approach—combined with the small group size and 3+ hour duration—is repeatedly highlighted as a major strength, with reviewers noting they received far more time and attention than expected. Common positive themes include Eric's friendliness, patience, engaging personality, and unique military and historical insights that bring Arlington to life. The only notable consideration mentioned is that the tour involves significant walking, including uphill sections, which may challenge visitors with mobility limitations; however, this is presented as a worthwhile trade-off for the comprehensive and immersive experience.
