Participants will learn to make pasta dough, knead and roll it out, and create a creamy ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella filling seasoned with traditional Italian herbs. They will also learn how to make a vibrant marinara sauce using San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil. After the pasta is ready, guests can enjoy their creations in the lively atmosphere of Long Live Beerworks and pair their ravioli with one of the brewery’s craft beers (available for purchase). All necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided. This experience excludes drinks, which are available for purchase at the bar.
