Review Summary
People find this experience to be an exciting and well-organized family adventure with highly professional guides. The most frequently praised aspects include the quality of the tour guides, the variety of challenges (5 zip lines, suspension bridge, and aerial obstacles), scenic views of Tampa Bay and Old Tampa Bay, and reasonable duration for the experience. Reviewers consistently note that despite initial fears of heights, the safety measures and guide support made the experience enjoyable for all age groups, from children to seniors. The primary negative feedback centers on the tedious paperwork and administrative process, spiral stairs climbing, and the extra photo purchase upsell. Some travelers wish there were more photo opportunities included in the base price and found the GPS navigation slightly confusing when entering the address.
