Guests will be welcomed to a bespoke micro distillery room where they will receive a gin and tonic on arrival.
This experience is more than just a tasting. Participants will learn the workings of a micro distillery, sample different spirit profiles, and, most importantly, design and create their very own gin recipe. Then, using individual mini copper stills, each person distills their chosen ingredients to produce a unique 500ml bottle of gin to take home. It’s a truly personal and knowledgeable workshop.
While the gin is distilling, enjoy a cocktail. Once distilled, sample the creation before bottling, labeling, naming, and wax-sealing the gin, creating a personalized product to cherish. This experience provides all the materials and expert guidance needed to craft a perfect gin.
