
Sacred Touch Workshop: Berkeley Embodiment Journey
Overview
Sacred & Embodied Touch for Everybody is an in-person workshop designed to explore the transformative potential of conscious touch and full-bodied presence. The workshop provides a carefully curated and secure environment where participants can engage in self-exploration, establish and honor personal boundaries, and cultivate deeper connections with themselves and others through the integration of somatic practices and attentive, mindful interaction.
Throughout the workshop, participants will acquire practical techniques to improve interpersonal communication skills, enhance self-understanding and self-awareness, and develop a heightened sense of embodiment and presence. The primary intention is to nurture a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, encouraging authentic connections with both oneself and fellow participants through the medium of intentional touch. Ultimately, this workshop seeks to empower individuals to fully embody their authentic selves, fostering profound and meaningful relationships built on trust, respect, and conscious connection.

Know Before You Go
Sacred & Embodied Touch for Everybody will be held in Berkeley, CA, US on August 30, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM. Participants should arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. All levels of experience are welcome.
Hot Tip
Previous participants recommend arriving with an open mind and a willingness to explore. Be prepared to engage in gentle movement and interactive exercises. It is also suggested to bring a journal to record your insights and reflections throughout the workshop.
