At the Dumpling Party, guests will learn how to roll, stuff, and fold 4-5 kinds of dumplings. They also get to try some yummy Taiwanese street food. The class is held at the Windsor Inn, a really old and special building in Central Square. Marc & Patty, who have been running dumpling parties since 2011, lead the class. They will share their tips and tricks for making the best dumplings ever. This is great for team building, birthday parties, or just a fun night out.
This experience includes all the ingredients and tools you need to make delicious dumplings. Everyone will bring home traditional recipes and new cooking skills. Dinner and tea are included. The class is easy to follow for all skill levels. What is not included is anything else outside of the class. This unique experience offers a great way to learn about a culture while enjoying delicious food.
