Overview
Verona Center: Pasta Class with Dinner & Wine in a Local Home offers more than just a cooking class; it's a complete immersion into Italian culinary culture, right in the heart of Verona. Hosted in a penthouse just 300 meters from the iconic Arena, this small-group experience (max 6 people) invites guests into a local home to share in the love of food, wine, and Italian hospitality.
Participants will learn to make two types of pasta with different sauces (truffle & pesto) and tiramisu using recipes passed down through generations, originating from the host's grandmother. The class uses only high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients from Verona, ensuring an authentic taste of the region. During the class, guests can enjoy a real Italian aperitif with regional delicacies and local sparkling wine. The host, a certified sommelier, carefully pairs each dish of the three-course meal with local wines (white, red, and sweet), all served on a beautiful terrace.
This experience also supports a good cause: 10% of net proceeds are donated to Doctors Without Borders. Enjoy an evening of cooking, tasting, sharing, and connecting with others the Italian way.
