People usually say that Wine Tour Pros delivers an exceptional, personalized wine country experience with knowledgeable and accommodating guides who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable day.[3] Travelers consistently praise the flexibility to customize wineries, the comfortable luxury vehicles, and the complimentary champagne start to the tour, with many recommending the service for its insider access to top vineyards and friendly, professional service. However, some travelers have experienced booking complications through third-party platforms like Viator and TripAdvisor, which Wine Tour Pros attributes to platform delays in confirming reservations; direct booking or communication with the company can help avoid these issues.
